About Us

Poetry Highway has been around for as long as the Internet has in one way or another. Our grand opening of Poetry Highway happened in the 1980s. At the time, we focused on placing three poems by a poet together and the poet and I would come up with a nice image to go with the poems.

Who am I: VicToria Freudiger, owner and Editorial/Art Director of Digi-Tall Media (www.digi-tall-media.com) and owner/publisher of Entry Way Publishing (www.entrywaypublishing.com) - with our online storefront which sells all of our books, e-books, DVDs, CDs, MP3s and product lines at Story-E-Books (www.story-e-books.com].

Of course, over a period of time, hundreds of poets got to know us and each week we would feature a new poem. This was fun and it was for free. Time came and time left and that version of Poetry Highway closed. Digi-Tall Media was still my main focus and company and therefore, we continued distributing poems and marketing poets -- poetry remains now and forever as my 'first literature love'.

This year with the success that we have been experiencing with our parent company and all our many sister sites, we felt it was NOW TIME to bring Poetry Highway back again. What we can tell you is that in a very short period of time - we can feel the 'old excitement' return and 2012 will prove to be a year that poetry is written, published, spoken, marketed in various way and sold in print, e-books and in audio format.

We even have had the recent pleasure of being able to add Tony Angelo, Author/Publisher and his poets to partner up with us and Tony and I are busy at work marketing and brain storming new ideas daily. You can find Tony and his writers at:
